1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using NutriAI (the "service"), operated by Kashish Kumari Pandey (sole proprietor, India), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

NutriAI is an AI-assisted nutrition tracker. Features include meal photo analysis, macro tracking, and personalized recommendations. Features may change or be paused for maintenance.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information during sign-up and onboarding.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • One account per person; do not share your account with others.
  • Disposable / temporary email providers are not accepted. We limit the free plan to a maximum of two accounts per device or IP network to prevent abuse. Accounts created to bypass these limits may be blocked without notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to access another user's data or bypass security controls.
  • Circumvent our anti-abuse systems (multiple free accounts from one device, spoofed fingerprints, VPN rotation for the sole purpose of resetting free-tier quotas, etc.).
  • Use the service for automated / bulk requests beyond the plan rate-limits shown on the Upgrade screen.

5. Plans, pricing & processing fees

NutriAI offers three plans: Free, Pro (₹199 / $9 per month) and Ultimate (₹499 / $25 per month). Each plan has feature limits displayed on the Upgrade screen. Ultimate is subject to fair-use caps to prevent abuse.

Processing fees. Razorpay charges a payment-processing fee on every successful transaction, which is added on top of the plan price and shown clearly on the checkout screen:

  • India — 2% of the plan price (UPI, debit / credit cards, net-banking).
  • International — 3% of the plan price. Your card issuer may add a separate foreign-transaction fee.

International customers see USD pricing and are billed the INR equivalent at a fixed rate of ₹87 per $1 via Razorpay. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew — each month is billed as a separate one-time transaction. Access is granted for 30 days from the payment date. Cancelling stops future renewals. Subscription payments are final and non-refundable; please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. AI outputs

AI-generated nutrition estimates and insights may contain errors. Use your judgment and consult a qualified professional for medical, dietary, or fitness decisions.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of meal photos and information you upload. You grant NutriAI a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service to you.

8. Termination

You may stop using NutriAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse our anti-abuse systems, or pose a security risk — without refund of any current billing period.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
