1. Who we are
IndianNutri is operated by Kashish Kumari Pandey, sole proprietor, based in India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your information when you use our website and app.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, password (hashed via our auth provider).
- Profile & health data: age, gender, height, weight, activity level, dietary preferences and fitness goals you provide during onboarding.
- Usage data: meal photos, meal logs, voice logs, barcode scans, plans generated, and chat messages with the AI coach.
- Payment data: billing name, contact and transaction status. Card / UPI / bank details are handled directly by our payment partner Razorpay — we do not store them.
- Technical data: device type, IP address, cookies and diagnostic logs.
3. How we use your data
- To create your account and personalise meal plans, calorie targets and coaching.
- To process subscriptions, invoices and refunds.
- To improve AI accuracy and the quality of the service.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts, plan changes).
- To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations in India.
4. Sharing your data
We only share data with trusted processors needed to run the service:
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Clerk — authentication and identity management.
- Supabase — encrypted database and file storage.
- Google (Gemini) — AI meal and image analysis.
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to user data is restricted through per-user row-level security and least-privilege server keys.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal profile and meal data are removed within 30 days, except records we must retain for tax and legal compliance.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from the app, or by writing to us at techunseen56@gmail.com.
8. Children
IndianNutri is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without parental consent.
