Refund & Cancellation

1. Overview

IndianNutri offers a Free plan and two paid plans (Pro at ₹199/month and Ultimate at ₹499/month). IndianNutri is a digital subscription that unlocks paid AI features instantly on payment. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This policy explains how cancellation works and the strict no-refund rule.

2. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime from Profile → Manage subscription.
  • After cancellation, you continue to enjoy premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No further charges will be made once you cancel.
  • Cancellation stops future billing only — it does not refund the current or any past billing period.

3. No refunds

Once a subscription is purchased and the payment is successful, the amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. Because paid features are unlocked immediately, we do not offer refunds — including for:

  • Change of mind after a successful subscription.
  • Partially used billing periods or unused portions after cancellation.
  • Not using the app during a paid month.
  • Failure to cancel before the next automatic renewal.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI results, recommendations or accuracy.

By completing the payment, you acknowledge and accept that the transaction is final and no refund will be issued.

4. Duplicate / erroneous charges only

The only case we may review is a genuine duplicate charge — the same subscription billed twice for the same period due to a payment gateway error. Contact us within 7 days of the duplicate charge with your registered email and Razorpay order reference. Approval is at our sole discretion.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback on a valid subscription charge may result in your account being suspended.
