1. About IndianNutri

IndianNutri ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered nutrition and diet-tracking service operated by Kashish Kumari Pandey, a sole proprietor based in India. By creating an account or using the website and app at indiannutri.lovable.app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. The service

IndianNutri provides AI-assisted meal logging (photo, barcode and voice), macro and calorie tracking, personalised meal plans tailored for Indian households, and supplement guidance. Features may be added, changed or paused for maintenance.

3. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old, or use the service under parental supervision.
  • You agree to provide accurate personal, dietary and health information during onboarding.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • One account per person; do not share your account with others.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans (Pro and Ultimate) are billed monthly in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes, through Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the app. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Not medical advice

IndianNutri is a wellness and nutrition tracking tool. AI-generated calorie estimates, meal plans and supplement suggestions are informational only and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor, dietitian or fitness professional before making changes to your diet, medication or exercise routine, especially if you have any medical condition.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, obscene or infringing content.
  • Attempt to access another user's data or bypass security controls.
  • Use the service to spam, harass or defraud others.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the meal photos, voice notes and information you upload. You grant IndianNutri a limited, non-exclusive licence to process this content solely to provide and improve the service for you.

8. Termination

You may stop using IndianNutri and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security or legal risk.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, IndianNutri and Kashish Kumari Pandey are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

11. Changes & contact
