Refund & Cancellation

1. Overview

NutriAI is a digital subscription service that delivers instant access to AI-powered nutrition features. This policy explains how you can cancel your subscription and clarifies that subscription fees are non-refundable. NutriAI is operated by Kashish Kumari Pandey, a sole proprietor based in India.

2. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Upgrade screen inside the NutriAI app.
  • Cancellation takes effect immediately. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • You continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves back to the Free plan.

3. No refunds

All subscription payments made to NutriAI are final and non-refundable. Because NutriAI is a digital service that unlocks paid features immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds — including for:

  • Partially used billing periods.
  • Change of mind after a successful subscription.
  • Unused portions of a subscription after you cancel or stop using the app.
  • Failure to cancel before the next automatic renewal charge.

By purchasing a subscription you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

4. Exceptions we may consider

We may — at our sole discretion — review a payment if there is a genuine duplicate charge (the same subscription charged twice for the same period) or a verified technical failure on our side that prevented you from accessing the service entirely. Contact us within 7 days of the charge at techunseen56@gmail.com with your registered email and Razorpay order reference. Approval is not guaranteed.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback on a valid subscription charge may result in your account being suspended.
